Social
Our organisation was created due to a lack of social activities for children that were outcast to the fringes of society.
Daytrippers brings families from across Bolton together so that they can talk, share experiences and connect with others in a fun and memorable atmosphere!
Supportive
Daytrippers provide a safe space to share experiences and get support from other families.
Our families and partners come from a variety of backgrounds but all share empathetic traits that nurture, care and support.
We connect on WhatsApp and Facebook so that you can still find support when we're not out together!
Inclusive
Our events are arranged so that EVERYONE can feel included.
We're supported by a variety of organisations that work to ensure that our transport to events is accessible and that all types of needs have been assessed, prior to and during our excursions and events.
We believe that every child deserves to have a happy and fulfilling life. We are committed to providing families with the support they need to raise their children with disabilities.
There Are No Fees To Join Us!
There is no cost to join Daytrippers, but we ask that members make a small contribution when attending costed events to allow us to continue to operate.
How To Join
Joining our community is easy!
STEP 1:
Create your account on our website
STEP 2:
Log in to your Profile then Fill out the Family Registration form*.
*These details about you and your group help us learn more about you and ensure our events can accommodate your needs.
STEP 3:
Go to our Events page and Register your interest for any of our future events
That's it! Now you can come to the event to meet our wonderful community!
